🌱 Beginning Phase: Starting Strong

We’ll begin by getting to know your story, strengths, and goals. During this phase, we focus on:

  • Building trust and rapport

  • Exploring your biopsychosocial history

  • Identifying coping strategies, symptoms, and patterns

  • Collaborating on a treatment plan

  • Increasing insight and awareness—making the unconscious conscious

We use a strengths-based approach and tailor each plan to your unique needs.

🌿 Middle Phase: Doing the Work

This is the heart of the therapy process. With trust in place, we focus on deeper healing and meaningful change.

You can expect to:

  • Explore and shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns

  • Build distress tolerance (including through ERP)

  • Challenge and reframe beliefs that no longer serve you

  • Reconnect with your body and mind

  • Work with rejected or fragmented parts of the self

  • Identify attachment wounds and relational patterns

  • Learn boundary setting and assertiveness skills

  • Combine insight with congruent action

We draw from somatic, experiential, artistic, and relational modalities to meet you where you are.

🤝 Collaboration & Support

We’re committed to care that is neurodivergent-affirming, body-inclusive, and relationally grounded. When appropriate and with your consent, we coordinate with:

  • Dietitians

  • Psychiatrists and medical providers

  • Loved ones or caregivers

  • School or community supports

Together, we build a support system that helps sustain your growth.

🌸 Ending Phase: Closure & Integration

This phase focuses on:

  • Reflecting on your progress

  • Integrating therapy into daily life

  • Creating a personalized relapse prevention plan

  • Honoring the closing of our work
