Meet the Team

Ariana Mahban, M.A., AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hello, I’m Ariana! I am passionate about empowering young adult women and couples to move through life's challenges with more confidence and clarity. My areas of focus include eating disorders, relational issues, and relational trauma.

In my practice, I offer support to those on a healing journey from narcissistic abuse, seeking self-identity, facing career challenges, or dealing with body image concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, person-centered, and evidence-based modalities—striving to blend depth psychology with solution-focused strategies. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to share their deepest thoughts, painful feelings, and life stories, helping to unearth the answers to their healing and growth that lie within. Simultaneously, we will work together to conceptualize problems and collaborate on developing solutions that create progress in areas where they feel stuck.

In my work with couples, I apply Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to enhance understanding of disruptive patterns and the core emotions that drive them, intending to build healthier and more supportive partnerships.

Kaela Cashner AMFT Professional Headshot

Kaela Cashner, M.A., AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hi, I’m Kaela, and I’m a therapist who gets it. I’m passionate about supporting adolescent girls, teens, and young adult women who often feel pressure to be the strong one, the high achiever, or the one who keeps it together—even when things feel overwhelming inside.

I work with current or former athletes, high-performing students, and young women navigating family pressures, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, or growing up in homes impacted by addiction. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform—and feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

My approach is humanistic and person-centered. I focus on building a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth relationship where there’s no hierarchy in the room and you are the expert on your own life. I work alongside you as a teammate rather than an authority, bringing curiosity, empathy, and honesty into the process—offering support while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you.

As a neurodivergent therapist, adult child of an alcoholic, highly sensitive person, and recovered clinician, I integrate both professional training and lived experience into my work. I’m deeply passionate about being the therapist I wish I had when I was younger—someone genuine, relatable, and invested in helping you feel less alone as you move toward healing, self-trust, and growth.
