Meet the Team
Ariana Mahban, AMFT
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Hello, I’m Ariana! I am passionate about empowering young adult women and couples to move through life's challenges with more confidence and clarity. My areas of focus include eating disorders, relational issues, and relational trauma.
In my practice, I offer support to those on a healing journey from narcissistic abuse, seeking self-identity, facing career challenges, or dealing with body image concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, person-centered, and evidence-based modalities—striving to blend depth psychology with solution-focused strategies. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to share their deepest thoughts, painful feelings, and life stories, helping to unearth the answers to their healing and growth that lie within. Simultaneously, we will work together to conceptualize problems and collaborate on developing solutions that create progress in areas where they feel stuck.
In my work with couples, I apply Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to enhance understanding of disruptive patterns and the core emotions that drive them, intending to build healthier and more supportive partnerships.

Erika Rogers, AMFT/APCC
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist/Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Hi, I’m Erika! I help ambitious millennial women in Los Angeles—whether you’re in the entertainment industry or simply navigating the pressures of life—work through anxiety, self-doubt, disordered eating, and the lasting impacts of trauma. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can finally process and heal at your own pace.
I work with women who may look like they’ve got it all together—but inside, feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Whether you’re juggling a demanding career, healing from painful experiences, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, you deserve a space where you can be fully seen and supported. While I have a special understanding of the entertainment world, this space is for you—no matter your background.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I use a blend of EMDR, CBT, and DBT to help you break free from old patterns, reconnect with your true self, and build lasting confidence.
When I’m not in session, you can find me spending time with my partner and dog, crocheting, or reading a good fiction book. I’m currently offering free initial consultations—if this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
